Are these devices brand new?
We sell a mix of Brand New, Open Box, and highly certified Refurbished devices. The condition of every device is clearly stated on its product page so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes! All brand new devices come with the standard manufacturer warranty. Most of our open-box and refurbished devices also include either a remaining manufacturer warranty or our own in-house store warranty. Check the specific product details for duration.
Is the price negotiable?
Some of our listings are marked as 'Negotiable'. If you see that badge on a device, feel free to contact us or visit our store to discuss pricing. For items without this badge, the price is fixed and already heavily discounted.
Do you offer shipping?
Currently, we operate primarily as a local premium retail store. You can browse our live inventory online and visit our store to inspect the device in person before purchasing. We believe in 100% transparency physically.
Can I trade in my old phone or laptop?
Absolutely! We accept trade-ins for most modern smartphones, laptops, and smartwatches. Bring your device to our store, and our technicians will evaluate it and offer you an instant trade-in discount towards your new purchase.
